How long is ACLS, BLS, PALS, and Heartsaver certifications good for?
Certifications are renewed every two years.

Does LF Mobile offer skills check-off only?
​
Yes, pending the student brings the online course certificate to the skills check-off session.
​
​
Who should take ACLS?
Any nurse, physician, paramedic or other advanced healthcare personnel who manages cardiovascular emergencies.
​
​
Who should take PALS?
​
Any nurse, physician, paramedic, or other advanced healthcare personnel who manages advanced pediatric cardiovascular emergencies
​
​
Who should take BLS?
Any healthcare provider or caregiver.
​
​
Who should take Heartsaver?
Any person with limited or no medical training.

Deposits & Payment
​
We accept all major credit card and payment may be made online through PayPal at the time of booking course. A PayPal account is not required to make payment online through our website. Cash payments may be made at the time of the course if convenient.
Booking Your Course!
50% of the total cost of any course or skills session registered/booked may be required as deposit. This applies when a course can not be paid up front in full and or at the discretion of the instructor.

The deposit is applicable to individual and group courses.
​
Deposits are not refundable.
​
Late Notices & Same Day Booking
Students requesting a course the same day of inquiry and or within 24 hours of the course start date/time, a $25 convenience fee shall be added and is due at the time of booking the course.
Why should I certify with LF Mobile?
LF Mobile LifeSaving Courses, LLC is committed to providing high quality instruction as a means of increasing the chance of survival for those in need. Each class is fun, full of energy and professional.

Does LF Mobile offer any discounts?
Yes, for groups 10 people or more and military. Call for details.

Is LF Mobile truly mobile?
Yes, LF Mobile will travel to you for any individual and group course. Call for details.

How long do the classes last?
Depending on the size of the group, classes can last 2-8 hours.

Cancellations & Refunds
​
We practice and exercise a NO REFUND POLICY
​
We understand that situations beyond your control may arise, requiring you to reschedule a course. Please call 901-337-8964 with at least 48-hour notice if you are unable to attend.
​
Course cancellations of 48 hours or more from the start of a course will pay $20 to reschedule. Course cancellations less than 48 hours from the start of a course will pay $40 to reschedule.
​
No refunds will be issued for any cancellations or “No Show” on the day of class. However, such students may attend a future class by paying a $40 rescheduling fee.
​
We reserve the right to reschedule group courses due to lack of participation. Students will be notified at least 48 hours in advance. All efforts will be made to not cancel or reschedule
Other Terms & Conditions
​
Students who arrive more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled course will be turned away and asked to reschedule.
​
Be aware that if the deposit has not been received 48 hours prior to the start of the course, the registration/booking will be cancelled.
​
If registered and paid for a course and the weather is optimal (in the students opinion) for travel, please call us to make arrangements to reschedule the course! If in doubt, call us!
